It was a truly great year at the Empire State Chapter. We continued to grow and deliver results for our members. We also heard you loud and clear that you want us to modernize what we do. With that in mind, I’m pleased to provide you with the new electronic 2023 Year in Review.

As we transitioned into 2024, we took some time to look back to see what we accomplished. Some highlights from the year include:

• The Empire State Chapter was the only chapter out of the 68 to win the top award in the six categories at the ABC National Association Awards luncheon.
• ABC trained over 2,000 member employees in apprenticeship, craft training, and professional development education courses.
• Our team blocked critical pieces of harmful legislation and mandates and blocked over $2B in PLA attempts.
• We connected with more members than ever, hosting two of the most well-attended events in the past 20 years.
