The Empire State Elevator Council of Associated Builders and Contractors is a group of dedicated ABC members who work with the Chapter to promote and support open shop elevator contractors across the state. The Council serves as the voice of ABC’s Empire State Chapter on all matters relative to elevators. The Council plays an active role on all matters concerning education, safety and membership development.
The Council also provides a conduit of information, compliance and continuing education opportunities between the Chapter and contractors across New York State. The Council assists the Chapter in laying the foundation for one of the largest elevator training and compliance programs in the State.
