PLAs Outside of New York: Boston Harbor

The Central Artery Project, also known as the "Big Dig" project, is the most expensive PLA yet recorded. Currently, the project is more than $1 billion over intial budget projections. Check out the following Federal Task Force Report and page links for the latest on this issue:
