The fight over whether to attach a PLA on the $300 million dollar Binghamton-Johnson City Joint Sewage Treatment Plant construction project comes to a vote before the Binghamton City Council tomorrow, Wednesday November 18th.

We will be meeting in the K-Mart Parking Lot at 33 W. State Street
where a bus will make the first pick up at 4:15 for those who would like to attend the vote and show our support against a PLA. There will be "No PLA" t-shirts available as well as signs, etc.

We are asking that anyone who is able to attend does so. This vote will have ramifications throughout the entire region, and it is important that we show that PLA's are bad-for taxpayers and workers alike.
