ABC NATIONAL DIVERSITY SUMMIT
ABC National Diversity & Inclusion Summit is a gathering of industry leaders and key stakeholders who understand the value of diversity in construction and who want to network and learn from other like-minded companies and individuals.
ABC NATIONAL DIVERSITY RESOURCE GROUPS
Diversity Resource Groups (DRGs) are voluntary associations of people who have common interests, which may center on race/ethnicity, gender, etc. These groups can play a vital role in articulating, promoting and supporting the needs and goals of their various constituencies.
ABC is committed to supporting industry efforts to overcome the challenges and maximize the opportunities associated with an increasingly diverse workforce and subcontractor/supplier base. ABC’s objective is to help shape an industry that is welcoming to all people—where employees and suppliers are limited only by their own potential, clients’ needs are actively served and shareholders receive value for their investment. The purpose of the Employer Guide is to provide guidance, direction, information, and reference materials for ABC member companies that are initiating or further developing an existing diversity and inclusion program. This resource is FREE to ABC members. Download a preview of the Employer Guide or request a copy of the complete guide.
The ABC National Diversity Excellence Awards recognize members that display exemplary diversity leadership in their company, workforce, supply chain and community with best-in-class recruitment policies, retention practices, and training and mentoring programs.
